Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Mailvy, including creator email protection, AI sorting, reply proxy, and billing features.
2. Account and access
You must use a valid account and may not abuse, disrupt, or attempt to bypass access controls, billing logic, or reply proxy protections.
3. Billing, cancellation, and refunds
Paid plans are billed through Lemon Squeezy. Subscription cancellation usually remains active until the current billing period ends. Approved refunds may downgrade the plan immediately.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Mailvy for unlawful content, spam, harassment, impersonation, malware distribution, or attempts to expose another user’s hidden address.
5. Service changes and liability
Mailvy may change, suspend, or improve parts of the service. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and liability is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Mailvy collects, why it is processed, and how users can request access, correction, or deletion.

Information is processed to provide login, protect the user’s real address, classify inbound mail, operate billing, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Information is retained only as long as required to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce service policies.
4. Third-party processors
Mailvy may use service providers for authentication, payments, infrastructure, email delivery, and AI processing where necessary to operate the service.
5. User rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion, or account closure subject to legal and operational limits, including records needed for billing and fraud prevention.
6. Security
Mailvy uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect account data, billing records, and protected email routing information.
